Description

  • Act as a strategic partner to large field service businesses and align WorkWave’s platform to their business goals.
  • Lead executive-level discovery and visionary conversations with C-level stakeholders.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles through long sales processes.
  • Prospect strategically to identify, engage, and convert enterprise targets into customers.
  • Partner with Sales Engineers to deliver product demos and tailored solution recommendations.
  • Build, manage, and close a multi-million-dollar SaaS pipeline.
  • Maintain strong cross-functional collaboration and high visibility with executive stakeholders.
  • Use sales tools and technology to manage pipeline activity, proposals, and deal progression.

Requirements

  • 5 years of success in SaaS solutions sales.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in complex enterprise environments.
  • Experience leading high-stakes conversations with C-level decision-makers.
  • Ability to handle long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of financial drivers and business models.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined in follow-through.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships based on trust and credibility.
  • Calm, confident, and resilient under pressure.
  • Customer-centric mindset focused on helping service professionals grow their businesses.
  • Preferred: Experience with solution selling and competitive enterprise selling.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $95,000-$125,000 per year.
  • OTE of $190,000-$250,000 with uncapped commission.
