Description

  • Manage collections for customer accounts, including outreach on past-due balances and payment resolution.
  • Monitor aging reports and reduce outstanding accounts receivable through follow-up and account analysis.
  • Use HighRadius and internal systems to track collections activity, communications, payments, disputes, and reconciliations.
  • Partner with Billing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to resolve billing discrepancies and customer concerns.
  • Reconcile accounts, including unapplied payments, credits, disputes, and short payments.
  • Identify and escalate high-risk accounts, bankruptcy risks, legal concerns, and complex collection challenges.
  • Document customer interactions, payment commitments, and account status updates accurately.
  • Prepare aging analyses, collections reports, bad debt summaries, and account updates for leadership.
  • Support month-end collections and accounts receivable reporting activities.
  • Communicate professionally and maintain a customer-focused approach while driving timely payment resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience with full-cycle collections and accounts receivable.
  • Experience with HighRadius, NetSuite, Salesforce, or other ERP or collections platforms preferred.
  • Knowledge of aging reports, bad debt management, cash application, account reconciliation, and collections best practices.
  • Ability to analyze accounts and identify root causes of delinquency or payment discrepancies.
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills, including analysis of large financial datasets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including handling difficult customer conversations.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of strong follow-through.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration, problem-solving, critical-thinking, judgment, and independent-work skills.
