Description

  • Record and code bank and corporate credit card transactions, apply customer receipts, and resolve unidentified deposits and coding exceptions.
  • Process vendor bills, onboard vendors, collect W-9s, manage approvals and due dates, respond to inquiries, and reconcile vendor statements.
  • Maintain the employee expense system and prepare bi-weekly reimbursement and per diem files for payroll.
  • Prepare monthly customer invoices, manage AR aging, conduct collections outreach, document collection activity, and escalate at-risk balances.
  • Prepare assigned balance sheet reconciliations, resolve reconciling items, and meet monthly close deadlines.
  • Prepare audit schedules, gather supporting documentation, and respond to external auditor requests.
  • Partner with the Controller and VP of Finance on financial analysis and special projects.
  • Assume increasing ownership of expense policy reporting and billable travel and pass-through cost tracking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 2–4 years of accounting experience, including hands-on AP and AR processing.
  • Hands-on NetSuite experience with the ability to work independently from day one.
  • Experience preparing balance sheet reconciliations with supporting documentation.
  • Working knowledge of US GAAP accrual accounting.
  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and reconciliation work.
