Description

  • Build and execute a territory plan targeting enterprise named customers across Japan.
  • Drive new business sales through direct selling and channel partners.
  • Develop strategic account plans to create growth opportunities within enterprise accounts.
  • Collaborate with SDR, CSM, partner sales, and marketing teams based locally.
  • Advise C-level executives on how automation and integration can improve their organizations.
  • Report directly to the Director of Sales and Partnerships, Japan.
  • Represent the customer internally by presenting key account issues and needs.
  • Support sales efforts across Japan’s high-potential enterprise market.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of direct enterprise software sales experience in the technology sector, ideally with a SaaS or PaaS vendor.
  • Proven track record of generating new business sales.
  • Experience growing existing accounts and expanding strategic customer relationships is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate with senior executives and C-level stakeholders in enterprise environments.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Japanese; English is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and an entrepreneurial, proactive mindset.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage time under pressure.
  • Strong collaboration skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience working with global enterprise clients and leveraging existing enterprise relationships is preferred.
  • Curiosity and interest in learning product knowledge, AI technologies, and AI trends to apply in sales conversations.
