Description

  • Advise Reddit’s senior Sales leadership on high-priority commercial opportunities and strategic challenges.
  • Translate company strategy into scalable operating models, governance, and execution frameworks.
  • Lead the design, build, and launch of major commercial initiatives from concept through scalable adoption.
  • Own initiatives such as Sales Compass and the Sales Operating System from strategy through execution.
  • Build alignment across Sales, Revenue Strategy & Operations, Enablement, Product, Finance, and other cross-functional partners.
  • Establish success metrics, performance frameworks, and measurement systems for commercial initiatives.
  • Refine operating models through data analysis, experimentation, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and Enablement to drive adoption of new ways of working.
  • Identify and solve emerging commercial opportunities with senior sales leadership.
  • Develop scalable solutions that improve go-to-market execution and support long-term business growth.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Management Consulting, or Product Strategy.
  • Advanced proficiency in data manipulation using Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Ability to work independently with large datasets and create executive-level data narratives.
  • Comfort with basic SQL or modern AI development tools such as Claude, Cursor, or Codex to generate queries.
  • Proven track record of leading high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience partnering with senior leadership and influencing strategic decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate executive strategy into scalable operating models, organizational frameworks, or business processes.
  • Excellent program management and stakeholder management skills across multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive audiences.
  • Strong commercial judgment and a deep understanding of organizational design, seller behavior, and operational improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
