Description

  • Build agentic AI workflows that analyze customer and partner feedback at scale and generate structured reports and summaries.
  • Update existing Workato recipes and create new automation to support listening posts across customer and partner journeys.
  • Collaborate with the team to analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback from surveys, reviews, social media, and other channels.
  • Identify opportunities for customer experience improvements and contribute ideas for new features or enhancements.
  • Support ongoing team projects by creating enablement tools, listening posts, and reporting or analytical models.
  • Communicate findings and insights to cross-functional teams and help prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Stay current on trends in agentic AI, text analytics, and customer experience management and apply new knowledge to the work.
  • Troubleshoot issues across AI workflows, Workato recipes, and third-party integrations as needed.

Requirements

  • Ability to build basic automated workflows in Workato for listening posts at set points in the customer and partner journey.
  • Experience or strong interest in designing and deploying AI agents for multi-step tasks such as feedback collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Ability to craft effective prompts for large language models to extract insights, generate summaries, classify feedback, and produce structured outputs.
  • Experience or strong interest in building Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to connect AI models to internal tools, data sources, and business systems.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve issues across agentic AI workflows, Workato recipes, and third-party integrations using root cause analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to debug automation and integration issues efficiently.
  • Experience working in Agile environments, including sprint planning and iterative delivery.
  • Proficiency in documenting processes, creating test cases, and conducting thorough testing.
  • Ability to monitor automated workflows, identify performance bottlenecks, and optimize processes for efficiency and scalability.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand and empathize with customer and partner journeys.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy of workflows, extracted data, and insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems, suggest ideas, and meet deadlines.
  • Self-starter attitude, quick learning ability, and growth mindset.
  • Availability to collaborate during standard US business hours.
