Description

  • Own end-to-end execution of quantitative research projects across the full research lifecycle.
  • Develop survey questionnaires aligned with research objectives and business questions.
  • Program surveys in Qualtrics, Decipher, or similar platforms and implement advanced survey logic.
  • Conduct QA testing, review survey quality, and refine instruments to improve data rigor.
  • Clean, validate, code, recode, and prepare survey datasets for analysis and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain crosstab reports and ensure consistency across data cuts and key variables.
  • Execute analysis plans using descriptive statistics and other quantitative research methods.
  • Interpret survey results, identify trends and differences across segments, and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Create research reports, presentations, charts, tables, and visualizations for business audiences.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, monitor timelines, communicate risks, and maintain organized project documentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and research team members to refine study objectives, methodologies, and deliverables.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in market research, consumer insights, analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience designing and drafting quantitative survey questionnaires.
  • Strong survey programming experience with Qualtrics, Decipher, or comparable platforms.
  • Proficiency with survey logic, branching, quotas, randomization, and QA testing.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, crosstabs, and data cleaning techniques.
  • Experience analyzing large-scale survey datasets.
  • Working knowledge of SPSS, R, or similar statistical analysis tools.
  • Experience developing research reports, presentations, and data visualizations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement and risk management.
  • Ability to independently execute within established research frameworks and processes.
  • Preferred: 5–7 years of experience in market research, marketing analytics, consumer insights, project coordination, or a related discipline.
  • Preferred: Experience with advanced quantitative methodologies such as segmentation analysis, regression analysis, data weighting, and advanced statistical modeling.
  • Preferred: Background supporting advertiser, marketing, technology, or digital product research.
  • Preferred: Demonstrated expertise using SPSS, R, or other advanced analytics platforms.
  • Preferred: Experience managing multiple concurrent research studies from design through reporting.
  • Preferred: Portfolio or work samples demonstrating survey design, reporting, and analytical capabilities.
  • Preferred: Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
  • Preferred: Proven track record of maintaining high-quality deliverables in fast-paced environments.
  • Preferred: Stable employment history demonstrating consistent tenure and growth within previous roles.
