Description

  • Lead customer implementations from technical discovery and planning through deployment and early adoption.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact, understanding customer architectures, workflows, and requirements.
  • Integrate and configure the platform across repositories, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and developer environments.
  • Troubleshoot complex software, infrastructure, and configuration issues and develop custom solutions when needed.
  • Communicate technical concepts and implementation progress through calls, email, and collaboration channels.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to resolve challenges and translate feedback into product improvements.
  • Manage multiple implementation projects while minimizing disruption to customer teams.
  • Help customers adopt secure development practices.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, application security, product support, technical implementation, or a related field.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud technologies, APIs, source-code repositories, or deployment workflows.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across complex software and infrastructure environments.
  • Ability to understand unfamiliar technical environments and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent customer-facing communication skills, including explaining complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Proactive, responsive, and customer-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience managing technical projects from discovery through delivery.
  • Strong spoken and written English.
  • Based in Panama and able to work remotely with U.S.-based colleagues.
  • Experience with Maven, Gradle, open-source dependency management, DevSecOps, software supply-chain security, application security, or developer security tools is preferred.
