Description

  • Develop and optimize paid media campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Use creator content to improve campaign performance and maximize return on investment.
  • Manage organic social growth initiatives and CRM programs.
  • Build and maintain real-time KPI dashboards to track client performance.
  • Analyze campaign data and turn findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with Client Services and Account Executives on client strategy and delivery.
  • Experiment with growth tactics tailored to e-commerce and service-based businesses such as hotel chains and restaurants.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of paid social, CRM, funnels, and campaign optimization.
  • Experience working with data, dashboards, and marketing performance analysis.
  • Strong English communication skills, especially for client-facing work.
  • Availability to work EST- or CST-friendly hours.
  • Hospitality, restaurant, resort, travel, influencer, or service-business marketing experience is a plus.
  • E-commerce growth marketing experience is highly relevant, especially with social proof or conversion-focused campaigns.
