Description

  • Conduct a high volume of outbound cold calls to restaurant owners and operators.
  • Introduce the company’s software solution and generate interest in conversations.
  • Qualify leads by identifying fit, business challenges, and buying potential.
  • Run initial discovery conversations about restaurant operations, costs, profitability, and efficiency.
  • Schedule qualified product demonstrations and coordinate confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling.
  • Record detailed discovery notes and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Document calls, objections, qualification details, and next steps.
  • Manage follow-up activities consistently and support pipeline hygiene.
  • Participate in coaching sessions, call reviews, and ongoing sales improvement.
  • Meet outbound activity, appointment, and pipeline contribution targets.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an SDR, BDR, Appointment Setter, Telesales Representative, or similar outbound sales role.
  • Proven experience making outbound cold calls.
  • Experience speaking with business owners or senior decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, objection handling, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to identify business needs through discovery questions.
  • Experience using CRM platforms; familiarity with dialers, CRM systems, and appointment scheduling tools is preferred.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong spoken English with clear pronunciation.
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional home office setup.
  • Experience selling SaaS or subscription-based software is preferred.
  • Experience selling into restaurants, hospitality, or SMBs is preferred.
  • Familiarity with restaurant operations or profitability management is preferred.
  • Experience working with North American customers is preferred.
  • Track record of consistently achieving outbound sales targets is preferred.
