Description

  • Prospect and engage potential customers through outbound outreach.
  • Qualify leads and book high-quality product demonstrations.
  • Handle objections and progress prospects through the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity in HubSpot.
  • Work with the founder to improve sales messaging and conversion rates.
  • Achieve appointment-booking KPIs and contribute to sales targets.
  • Participate in coaching, training, and feedback sessions.
  • Help develop sales processes as the team expands.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in appointment setting, SDR, or business development.
  • Proven outbound sales experience with strong objection-handling skills.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM.
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills.
  • Confident, personable, commercially minded, and results-focused.
  • Proactive, coachable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Currently residing in South Africa and legally eligible to work there.
  • Availability to start immediately.
  • Experience with TikTok, social media, digital marketing, SaaS, technology sales, or selling to agencies and brands (preferred).
