Description

  • Build, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, Meta, and TikTok.
  • Run weekly structured testing across audiences, budgets, creatives, landing pages, and offers.
  • Maintain clean account structures, naming conventions, governance, and change logs.
  • Own Klaviyo or an equivalent email platform, including campaign planning, segmentation, and performance reporting.
  • Build and optimize lifecycle email flows such as welcome, browse/cart abandonment, post-purchase, winback, upsell, and cross-sell.
  • Lead a structured creative system that turns angles into variations, winners, and scaled campaigns.
  • Write clear briefs for designers, editors, and UGC creators and manage creative rotation.
  • Collaborate with CRO/Shopify, product, customer service, and leadership to align ads, landing pages, checkout, and promotional calendars.
  • Replicate winning campaigns across regions with localized adaptations for currency, shipping, language, and seasonality.
  • Own performance analysis, define break-even targets, and deliver weekly scorecards with insights and next actions.
  • Build SOPs, documentation, and checklists to support delegation and ongoing process scaling.

Requirements

  • LATAM-based candidate.
  • Hands-on operator who personally manages paid media and email execution.
  • Proven experience managing $100k+ per month in ad spend, ideally $200k+, with documented performance results.
  • Strong understanding of direct-response marketing, human behavior, offers, hooks, and objections.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to identify what changed, why it changed, and what actions to take.
  • End-to-end ownership of measurement and tracking, including UTMs, GA4 checks, pixels, CAPI, and attribution.
  • Ability to manage toward break-even CPA, ROAS, and contribution margin rather than vanity metrics.
  • Strong communication cadence with weekly planning, reporting, and prioritization.
  • Experience with Google Ads, including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Merchant Center, and basic product feed management.
  • Experience with YouTube Ads, including creative strategy and measurement.
  • Experience with Meta Ads for testing, scaling, and retargeting.
  • Experience with TikTok Ads, preferably using UGC-first testing and creator or Spark Ads workflows.
  • Experience with Klaviyo campaigns, flows, and segmentation.
  • Preferred experience scaling multi-store, international Shopify brands.
  • Preferred basic creative skills with Canva or Photoshop for rapid testing.
  • Preferred experience with affiliate program management.
  • Preferred experience testing Pinterest, Reddit, or TV/OTT with strong measurement discipline.
  • Preferred experience handling platform policy issues and account-risk scenarios.
