Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing new business.
  • Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and events.
  • Qualify opportunities and run discovery conversations with prospective clients.
  • Build relationships with decision makers and guide them through the evaluation process.
  • Manage a consistent pipeline of opportunities and maintain clear next steps for each deal.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs after deals are closed.
  • Represent the company at local events, meetings, and industry gatherings.
  • Develop relationships with companies hiring globally and help them adopt the platform.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, fintech, HR tech, or payroll platforms.
  • Ability to manage a pipeline of opportunities and consistently generate new leads.
  • Comfort with outbound prospecting and building your own pipeline.
  • Strong discovery and consultative selling skills.
  • Experience closing multiple deals per month in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Based in Mexico City or Buenos Aires and comfortable with in-person meetings and events.
  • Hybrid work setup with willingness to meet prospects face to face.
