Description

  • Handle inbound leads and discovery calls from marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct 10–15 minute sales conversations to qualify and convert prospects.
  • Explain services clearly using scripts and structured messaging.
  • Guide prospects through the decision-making process and help close deals.
  • Support onboarding for new customers after conversion.
  • Follow up with leads to maintain engagement and improve conversion rates.
  • Manage ongoing communication and relationship support with prospects and customers.
  • Maintain and update CRM records and the sales pipeline.
  • Track lead status, follow-ups, and conversion outcomes to keep data accurate and organized.
  • Assist with outreach, newsletters, and other communication tasks as needed.
  • Contribute to improving and scaling the sales process over time.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or a related industry.
  • Strong sales and communication skills, especially on calls.
  • Experience with lead qualification and closing conversations.
  • Comfortable following scripts while adapting naturally to conversations.
  • Proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment.
  • Background in sales, lead generation, or customer onboarding.
  • Experience using CRM tools and managing pipelines.
