Description

  • Own the purchase order flow end to end across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce.
  • Ensure orders are processed, shipped, and delivered accurately and on time.
  • Manage operational documentation, including invoices, BOLs, routing guides, and labels.
  • Proactively resolve fulfillment issues before they affect customers.
  • Support new item setup across retailers and distributors.
  • Maintain accurate pricing, product data, and sales materials.
  • Track deductions, trade spend, and promotional activity.
  • Coordinate production runs with co-packers and suppliers.
  • Manage inventory across warehouses and distributors, including UNFI and KeHE.
  • Monitor stock levels, shipment status, and workflow inefficiencies, and implement improvements.
  • Use AI tools to automate repetitive reporting and operations tasks.
  • Build scalable processes that improve speed, accuracy, and visibility.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics.
  • Experience working within the US CPG ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with distributors such as UNFI or KeHE.
  • Strong systems mindset with experience using ERPs, CRMs, and spreadsheets.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve workflows.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to move quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a bias toward action.
  • English-language resume/data submission required.
