Description

  • Prepare patient charts for daily visits.
  • Manage prescription refill requests and process them accurately.
  • Enter and manage medical orders.
  • Conduct patient callback follow-ups.
  • Respond to patient messages promptly and professionally.
  • Provide medical documentation support.
  • Assist with limited scheduling tasks as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and organized patient records.
  • Support daily clinical workflows and operations.
  • Follow HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality standards at all times.

Requirements

  • Medical or healthcare education/background preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience working in a healthcare or medical support role is required.
  • Previous virtual assistant experience is preferred but not required.
  • Clinical experience is highly valued; a medical license such as RN, MD, or PT is not required.
  • Experience with Elation or a similar EHR system is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in aesthetic, wellness, or integrative medicine practices is a major advantage.
  • Must be proficient in speaking and writing English very clearly.
  • Must have relevant work experience.
  • Must be able to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding.
  • Must be available for video meetings with camera on when needed.
  • Reliable laptop or desktop computer is required.
  • High-speed internet connection with a minimum of 10 Mbps is required.
  • Noise-canceling headset is required.
  • Webcam is required for virtual meetings.
  • Must have a quiet, professional workspace.
  • HIPAA trained and certified candidates are preferred.
