Description

  • Log in daily via VPN to review plant and sensor dashboards.
  • Monitor water levels and environmental readings across multiple rooms and zones.
  • Compare readings against client-provided target ranges.
  • Make small irrigation adjustments by following written rules and instructions.
  • Document daily checks and any changes in a structured log.
  • Maintain extreme accuracy when updating numeric values and settings.
  • Flag anomalies or unusual patterns to leadership immediately.
  • Monitor Reddit and other online platforms for brand mentions.
  • Respond politely to comments, questions, and complaints using neutral customer-style accounts.
  • Draft responses for official company accounts when needed and escalate serious or repeated issues.

Requirements

  • Extremely detail-oriented and careful with numbers.
  • Comfortable working with dashboards and remote systems via VPN.
  • Strong computer skills and troubleshooting ability.
  • Organized, process-driven, and able to follow written instructions and checklists precisely.
  • Good written English for online engagement and communication.
  • Reliable and consistent with daily check-ins, including weekends.
  • Experience in social media community management.
  • Experience with agricultural systems or environmental monitoring is a plus.
  • Able to upload application data in English, including a resume.
