Description

  • Lead social media planning and execution aligned with brand voice, strategy, and business objectives.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and creative stakeholders to turn priorities into effective social campaigns.
  • Shape briefs and guide content development to connect business goals with creative execution.
  • Manage day-to-day social operations, including content calendar planning, copywriting, publishing, and light moderation.
  • Identify and leverage cultural trends, platform updates, and creator ecosystems to improve engagement.
  • Create and curate content at scale, including user-generated content, creator features, and community highlights.
  • Monitor performance metrics, contribute to reporting, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
  • Support campaign planning for major initiatives such as education-focused marketing efforts and industry events.
  • Maintain a consistent, high-quality presence across owned social platforms.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in social media management, marketing, communications, PR, or community management.
  • 3–5 years of experience in social media strategy, planning, and execution.
  • 1+ year of experience in a relevant industry such as gaming or entertainment.
  • 1–2 years of experience in the education sector.
  • Experience managing high-volume social media channels for established brands, preferably in gaming or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of current social media platforms, trends, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence without direct authority.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as native platform analytics and Sprinklr, plus performance reporting.
  • Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1+ year of experience specifically within gaming or entertainment environments (preferred).
  • Familiarity with educational products, programs, or audiences (preferred).
  • Knowledge and experience with a popular sandbox-style game franchise (strongly preferred).
  • Experience supporting large-scale campaigns or product launches (preferred).
  • Strong data storytelling skills and ability to turn insights into actionable recommendations (preferred).
  • Demonstrated creativity in developing engaging, culturally relevant social content (preferred).
