Description

  • Develop, plan, and prepare training content in collaboration with the Business Analyst.
  • Provide software training to clients on an individual or group basis.
  • Explain technical software concepts clearly to trainees with varying skill levels.
  • Maintain training records, including evaluations and LMS records.
  • Refine learning tools and training techniques to improve effectiveness.
  • Keep clients engaged during training using visual aids and interactive methods.
  • Review and configure the training environment before sessions.
  • Develop and implement e-learning strategies for different learning styles and objectives.
  • Create instructional materials such as videos, quizzes, modules, and simulations.
  • Use gamification, scenario-based learning, and problem-solving activities to enhance engagement.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in training, instructional design, communications, or a related field, or a related bachelor’s degree.
  • Prior training, teaching, or presentation experience.
  • Experience training users in MobileAssessor, CAMACloud Suite, or CAMA is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, listening, training, and presentation skills.
  • Professional, welcoming, and friendly interpersonal communication with diverse clients.
  • A coachable attitude and ability to learn quickly and master new training concepts.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and/or other instructional design and development applications.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively while providing constructive feedback.
  • Comfortable presenting in front of a group and working one-on-one with individuals.
  • Ability to travel up to 60% to client sites.
  • Must already possess work authorization in the country where the job is located; visa sponsorship is not available.
