Description

  • Design and develop LMS modules for standardized training and onboarding across the network.
  • Create training materials and documentation such as SOPs, checklists, guides, and videos.
  • Develop assessments and evaluation tools to measure training effectiveness and staff comprehension.
  • Lead adoption of training and operational platforms, including workflow and content development.
  • Build systems to track training completion, competency milestones, and ongoing education requirements.
  • Develop standardized onboarding tools, including trackers, role-specific pathways, competency checklists, and 30/60/90-day plans.
  • Assess site-specific onboarding processes, workflows, and training needs across Adams Clinical locations.
  • Coordinate training delivery with Site Managers and site operations, including scheduling and completion tracking.
  • Conduct in-person group retrainings at Adams Clinical sites and support site-specific learning needs.
  • Partner with site leadership and department heads to identify gaps, maintain competency, and align training with operational priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator in industry-sponsored clinical trials.
  • Experience or involvement in onboarding or training clinical research staff required.
  • Basic understanding of clinical trial regulations, including FDA, GCP, informed consent, and SUSAR reporting.
  • Willingness to travel to Adams Clinical sites as needed; approximately 25-40% travel required.
  • Strong preference for candidates based on the East Coast and near one of the network sites.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently on curriculum design, content development, and process documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and clarity.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills for training individuals and groups.
  • Comfort learning new platforms and technology systems independently.
  • Experience with LMS platforms or training curriculum development preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management or workflow automation tools preferred.
  • Background in training, instructional design, education, or human resources preferred.
  • Experience onboarding or training staff in fast-growing or multi-site organizations preferred.
