Description

  • Maintain organized project files and client documentation according to company standards.
  • Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and deliverables to help ensure deadlines are met.
  • Review and proofread technical documents and drawings for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Support quality control by tracking revisions, compiling redline comments, and verifying deliverables before submittal.
  • Manage data entry and project information in MS Word, MS Excel, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other systems as directed.
  • Prepare presentation materials, reports, and meeting summaries for internal and client use.
  • Assist with maintaining up-to-date workflow and procedure documentation.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of project support experience in an engineering, construction, or technical environment preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD or Civil 3D is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through on assigned tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience working with technical documentation, plans, or specifications is highly desirable.
  • Basic understanding of engineering or design processes is a plus but not required.
  • Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country where the job is located; visa sponsorship is not available.
