Description

  • Manage full-cycle searches from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding across WM Partners and its portfolio companies.
  • Recruit digital and digitally enabled talent across ecommerce, marketplaces, marketing, CRM, creative, product, UX/UI, analytics, and marketing technology.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, job descriptions, interview processes, and search timelines.
  • Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, referrals, talent communities, job boards, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments, present candidate recommendations, and coordinate interview feedback and hiring progress.
  • Build talent pipelines across onshore, nearshore, and offshore markets.
  • Coordinate offers, reference checks, background checks, preboarding, orientation, and early-stage onboarding activities.
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records and provide updates on pipelines, bottlenecks, risks, and recruiting activity.
  • Use AI-enabled recruiting tools responsibly to improve sourcing, outreach, workflow efficiency, candidate communication, and analytics.
  • Coordinate recruiting agencies and partners while contributing to employer branding, recruiting process, onboarding, and technology initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Approximately 4–6 years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage searches from intake and sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Experience recruiting across functions and levels, including digital, ecommerce, growth marketing, marketplaces, creative, product, or analytics roles.
  • Strong passive-candidate sourcing skills and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system such as Workable, Greenhouse, Pinpoint, Ashby, Lever, or a comparable platform.
  • Practical experience using AI-enabled recruiting tools and maintaining disciplined recruiting workflows.
  • Strong interviewing, assessment, communication, organization, relationship-management, and prioritization skills.
  • Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information; resourcefulness in fast-paced environments.
  • Preferred: experience with private equity, portfolio companies, consumer brands, high-growth organizations, international recruiting, or established digital talent networks.

Benefits

  • Remote work location.
  • Annual base salary of $75,000–$95,000 USD.
  • Potential eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
