Description

  • Design and execute sourcing strategies for specialized, hard-to-reach, and high-volume contributor needs.
  • Explore communities, professional networks, referrals, and non-traditional channels to identify contributors.
  • Translate project requirements into targeted searches and adapt strategies as needs change.
  • Partner with the Sourcing Lead, Recruitment, and Delivery teams to fulfill project requirements.
  • Communicate sourcing progress, challenges, market feedback, and potential risks.
  • Analyze sourcing and conversion data to identify bottlenecks and improve performance.
  • Use AI and automation for research, outreach, analysis, and sourcing workflows.
  • Rapidly scale sourcing efforts when projects require high contributor volumes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sourcing, recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong research and problem-solving skills, including the ability to develop alternative sourcing approaches.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience using sourcing data and funnel metrics to guide decisions and improve results.
  • Experience sourcing for AI, data, or crowdsourcing projects preferred.
  • Experience sourcing linguists, translators, or other language profiles across markets preferred.
  • Experience working with global or distributed teams across time zones preferred.
  • Ability to work regular U.S. hours or provide U.S. time-zone overlap when working from another region preferred.
