Description

  • Build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines for Sales roles in partnership with Executive and Sales leadership.
  • Proactively source, identify, and engage top sales talent across global markets.
  • Conduct candidate outreach, screening, and fit assessments across multiple channels.
  • Design and coordinate role-specific interview processes aligned with Toptal’s hiring standards.
  • Guide candidates through the full recruitment process and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to define hiring needs, strategies, and expectations.
  • Own recruiting efforts from sourcing through offer acceptance using independent judgment.
  • Coach interviewers and improve evaluation practices and candidate experiences.
  • Provide recruiting insights and contribute to process, tool, and strategy improvements.
  • Communicate consistently with internal teams using Slack and Zoom.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of successful recruiting experience, including in-house experience.
  • At least 3 years of sales recruiting experience focused on high-performing, enterprise-level sales talent.
  • Experience recruiting from professional services environments and hiring complex solution-selling talent.
  • Experience hiring roles involving P&L ownership and business operations.
  • Experience strategically partnering with Hiring Managers throughout the end-to-end sales recruiting process.
  • Strong proactive sourcing, candidate assessment, offer management, and storytelling abilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective at managing candidate pipelines and communications.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on candidate and hiring-manager experience.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment and located in the United States or Canada; English communication required and visa sponsorship unavailable.
