Description

  • Build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines for Sales roles in partnership with Executive and Sales leadership.
  • Source, identify, and engage top-performing talent across global markets.
  • Conduct outreach and screening through multiple channels while assessing candidate fit.
  • Design and coordinate role-specific interview processes aligned with Toptal’s hiring standards.
  • Guide candidates through the full interview process and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to define recruiting strategies and hiring needs.
  • Coach interviewers and improve evaluation practices and recruiting processes.
  • Own recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance and contribute to strategic initiatives.
  • Communicate consistently with internal teams using Slack, Zoom, and other collaboration tools.
  • Prioritize workflows, manage deadlines, and work independently in a remote environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, including in-house experience.
  • At least 3 years of sales recruiting experience focused on high-performing, enterprise-level sales talent.
  • Experience recruiting from professional services environments, especially complex solution-selling backgrounds.
  • Experience hiring roles involving P&L ownership and business operations.
  • Experience strategically partnering with Hiring Managers throughout the end-to-end recruiting process.
  • Strong sourcing, talent assessment, candidate engagement, and offer-closing abilities.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, interpersonal, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling technology environment while balancing quality and speed.
  • Team-first, adaptable, proactive, detail-oriented, and receptive to feedback.
  • Ability to attend scheduled virtual meetings on camera and use required digital collaboration tools.
  • Must be located in the United States or Canada; visa sponsorship is not provided. English-language resumes and communication are required.
