Description

  • Translate global messaging pillars and product launches into integrated program playbooks for regional Field Marketing teams.
  • Design, launch, and manage multi-channel global demand programs, including direct mail, virtual summits, webinars, and meeting-maker initiatives.
  • Partner with CXO and Campaign teams to develop programs for CISO and CIO audiences.
  • Build and maintain Event-in-a-Box frameworks and other turnkey playbooks for consistent regional execution.
  • Support customer expansion campaigns that educate existing customers and drive product adoption and upsell.
  • Standardize program reporting, post-campaign assessments, and performance optimization.
  • Provide regional Field Marketing and Sales/BDR teams with lead enablement assets, actionable insights, and clear SLAs to improve pipeline conversion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, campaign operations, or global program management.
  • Deep experience executing multi-channel programs across webinars, digital events, direct mail, executive roundtables, and content syndication.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills and experience aligning global field teams, Product Marketing, CXO, Digital, and revenue organizations in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or a high-growth technology company preferred.
  • Ability to connect campaign themes with Product Marketing launch calendars, executive narratives, and sales pipeline goals preferred.
  • Experience using campaign performance dashboards to measure pipeline influence and ROI preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize, solve problems independently, and execute quickly in a fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Legal authorization to work in the position’s country without visa sponsorship.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $142,000–$194,000 USD for U.S. locations.
  • Bonus, equity, and benefits included in the full-time compensation package.
