Description

  • Serve as the company’s top field expert in application and cloud-native security.
  • Provide technical and business-relevant feedback to Product Management based on field engagements.
  • Collaborate with sales teams on strategic opportunities and platform value demonstrations.
  • Support SEs and prospects during the proof-of-concept process with advanced use cases, deployment, and troubleshooting.
  • Lead regular thought leadership sessions with field teams to share customer-driven insights and improve messaging.
  • Assist in positioning and selling Wiz platform capabilities to prospects and customers.
  • Work closely with Wiz’s CTO, Field CTO, Customer Success, Product Management, and R&D to maintain alignment across the sales process.

Requirements

  • Strong technical background with a solid understanding of core IT, InfoSec, Cloud, and DevOps concepts.
  • Experience focused on public cloud architecture, including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Deep practical knowledge of the AppSec landscape, including ASPM, SAST, DAST, SCA, and SBOMs such as SPDX or CycloneDX.
  • Proficiency in one or more high-level languages such as Python, Go, or Rust, and/or advanced shell scripting.
  • Experience coding and understanding developer workflows, including Git, CI/CD, Helm, and Terraform.
  • Subject-matter expertise in Kubernetes and containers with the ability to architect and troubleshoot complex environments.
  • Exceptional ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical teams and executive stakeholders such as CISOs and CTOs.
  • Full professional fluency in German, written and verbal, is required.
  • Proficiency in an additional European language is a plus.
  • Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based without visa sponsorship.
