Description

  • Act as the primary liaison for the Field Sales team, supporting questions related to opportunity booking and subscription management.
  • Manage opportunity bookings end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely resolution of booking errors.
  • Create and maintain Wiz Handbook documentation to streamline order management processes.
  • Partner with Deal Desk and Billing teams to efficiently and accurately process opportunities.
  • Maintain customer deal information and ensure alignment between Salesforce (SFDC) and NetSuite.
  • Collaborate with Revenue and Commission Accounting teams to address booking-related questions.
  • Perform weekly and monthly reconciliations to ensure a 1:1 relationship between NetSuite invoices and SFDC opportunities and verify other booking metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant rules and controls, including basic adherence to ASC 606, SOX, and export compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with the Enterprise SaaS/B2B industry; experience in Order Management, Finance Operations, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Pricing preferred.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with GTM teams and other cross-functional departments.
  • Basic understanding of revenue recognition rules (ASC 606) and related accounting concepts.
  • Strong quantitative skills and proficiency with NetSuite and Salesforce; basic knowledge of a CPQ tool.
  • Highly organized, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to multitask and prioritize during high-volume periods (e.g., EOM/EOQ).
  • Excellent communication skills and receptiveness to feedback.
  • Location: West Coast (role posted for West Coast-based candidates).
