Description

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex CNC machines and related systems.
  • Install and bring new, state-of-the-art machinery online with precision.
  • Serve as the primary face of Phillips for customers in the assigned territory.
  • Provide customer service that builds lasting relationships and long-term partnerships.
  • Proactively identify and remove obstacles that affect customer productivity.
  • Work from your residence and manage a Monday through Friday travel schedule across the region.
  • Operate a company-supplied van while covering service calls in the territory.
  • Continuously expand product and service knowledge to support high-quality field service.

Requirements

  • Deep experience with CNC machinery, or a strong combination of mechanical and electrical background.
  • Proven track record in a service or maintenance environment.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
  • Ability to be highly knowledgeable in service engineering and commit to continuous learning.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% of the month within the assigned region, Monday through Friday.
  • Mechatronics, Machining, or Engineering certification or degree is a plus.
  • Demonstrated skill and industry experience are prioritized over formal education.
  • Alignment with Phillips' high-performance, customer-focused culture.

Benefits

  • Expected annual pay range of $55,000 to $75,000.
  • Compensation based on market conditions and individual contribution.
  • Company-supplied van for field travel.
  • Home-based role within an assigned territory.
