Description

  • Develop and execute territory strategies to grow revenue within enterprise accounts and meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas.
  • Drive new business and expansion opportunities for Wiz Cloud Security Solutions in the enterprise segment.
  • Lead highly strategic sales cycles with technical and executive stakeholders to address complex security challenges.
  • Conduct deep research and account planning to engage senior security decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain executive relationships by positioning Wiz with CISO-level stakeholders and sharing relevant business insights.
  • Lead multi-threaded sales engagements with technical buyers and executive sponsors.
  • Align with Wiz's partner ecosystem to maximize market opportunity.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Executive teams to align strategy and support company objectives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in SaaS or security sales, selling to large enterprise accounts in LATAM.
  • Experience with value-based solution selling focused on tangible business outcomes.
  • Proven track record in complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder negotiations in the assigned geography.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, customer success, and sales operations teams.
  • Strong ability to partner with sales engineering to drive technical evaluations.
  • A consultative and professional approach to engaging customers.
  • Experience executing a formal sales process and familiarity with qualification frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication, operational command, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Track record managing accounts in cloud or cybersecurity ecosystems to grow the business.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt quickly.
  • Legal right to work in the country where the position is based without visa sponsorship; this role does not offer visa sponsorship.
