Description

  • Collaborate with Account Directors and Account Management teams to support consistent, high-quality client delivery across PersistIQ accounts.
  • Act as a point of escalation and resource for Account Managers to resolve client issues and reinforce best practices.
  • Support leadership initiatives that improve operational efficiency and the delivery of PersistIQ products and services.
  • Participate in recruiting, including reviewing candidates and interviewing for Account Manager roles.
  • Contribute to onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing Account Managers.
  • Attend leadership and cross-functional meetings and represent the Account Management team in strategic discussions.
  • Lead under pressure and adapt to changing work situations.
  • Manage global teams and complex projects effectively.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, internal teams, and management across phone, email, and in person.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership and proactive ownership with the ability to guide teams and drive initiatives forward.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand operational priorities, client goals, and revenue-impacting decisions.
  • Exceptional client-experience mindset and a commitment to high-quality service.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
  • Technical, analytical, and results-driven, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, plus solid writing, phone, and general communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written; second language is an asset.
  • Must be prepared to work standard business hours in either the Eastern or Pacific Time Zone.
