Description

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
  • Translate client business goals into actionable briefs for fulfillment teams.
  • Coordinate with design, copy, SEO, and advertising specialists to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and present client-friendly reports with insights.
  • Proactively identify risks, recommend optimizations, and surface upsell opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear and strategic communication.
  • Ensure deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Account Management team and other departments to support client success.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or digital marketing strategy.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including PPC, SEO, Email, and Social Ads.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Google Analytics to interpret campaign results.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Trello is a bonus.
  • CRM or marketing automation experience is a bonus.
  • Background in SaaS or an agency environment is a bonus.
  • Ability to provide your own workstation, computer, headset, and reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Availability to work standard business hours on EST or PST.
  • Willingness to provide required onboarding documents and undergo background/reference checks.
