Description

  • Build and maintain training modules covering campaign strategy, client asset creation, and AI-powered workflow tools.
  • Develop playbooks and reference guides for Account Managers to use in day-to-day work.
  • Create assessments to measure learning progress and readiness for independent client work.
  • Lead onboarding training for new Account Manager hires.
  • Run ongoing skill development sessions for the existing Account Management team.
  • Partner with Account Directors to identify skill gaps and prioritize training topics.
  • Train Account Managers to create client strategies and campaign plans.
  • Coach Account Managers on using AI tools to produce client-ready assets more quickly and at a higher quality.
  • Develop a repeatable framework for strategy and campaign builds.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer success, digital marketing, or account management.
  • Background in training, coaching, or learning and development; curriculum-building experience is a strong plus.
  • Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude, with interest in teaching others to use them.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Highly organized and structured, with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-starter who can build structure where little currently exists.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally and owning outcomes.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a diverse team.
  • Strong administrative, writing, phone, and general communication skills.
  • Must provide your own workstation, computer, headset, and a fast, reliable internet connection.
  • Prepared to work standard business hours on Pacific Time.
  • May be subject to background, employment reference, criminal record, and credit checks.
  • Must provide valid government-issued photo ID and proof of residential address during onboarding.
