Description

  • Accurately enter and update patient data in registration systems and PDF forms.
  • Manage virtual waiting rooms by sending video links and monitoring patient attendance.
  • Coordinate patient flow in real time across multiple platforms during consultations.
  • Respond to patient inquiries via text and email, with occasional outbound calls as needed.
  • Ensure patient information is complete and accurate to avoid processing delays.
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with daily operations.

Requirements

  • Experience in data entry, administrative support, or healthcare-related roles.
  • Strong attention to detail when handling sensitive patient data.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, PDF forms, and basic computer tasks.
  • Clear and professional written communication skills in English.
  • Reliable, responsive, and highly organized during working hours.
  • Ability to manage multiple systems and tasks simultaneously.
  • HIPAA training and compliance required.
  • Must speak and write English very clearly.
  • Must have relevant work experience.
  • Must be able to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding.
  • Must be available for video meetings with camera on when needed.
  • Reliable laptop or desktop computer.
  • High-speed internet connection with a minimum of 10 Mbps.
  • Noise-canceling headset.
  • Webcam for virtual meetings.
  • Quiet, professional workspace.
