Description

  • Support daily administrative operations for the direct supply business with a focus on accuracy, coordination, problem solving, and execution.
  • Work closely with Account Managers to keep partners supported and operations running smoothly.
  • Set up partner product listings and coordinate with internal teams to collect required product information and assets.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that prevent inventory from being created or going live.
  • Own the direct brand purchase order flow end to end, including order creation, submission, tracking, and confirmation review.
  • Follow up with partners to confirm shipment timing, coordinate inbound logistics, and ensure accurate delivery execution.
  • Prepare and distribute shipment and delivery details to relevant internal teams ahead of arrivals.
  • Activate and price inventory upon receipt, reconcile received quantities against invoices, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Logistics, Compliance, Operations, Finance, Merchandising, Product Catalog, Data, and Engineering.
  • Support campaigns, launches, brand partnerships, and seasonal activations, including partner communication and issue resolution.
  • Own recurring operational tasks such as partner payouts, cost management, and seasonal markdowns.
  • Maintain and improve processes, track inventory performance, and support regular and ad hoc reporting.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience.
  • Experience in a retail, brand, or wholesale environment preferred.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workload independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow processes precisely.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Confidentiality and discretion are required.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful with a can-do attitude.
  • Commitment to a VIP level of customer service.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • Proficiency with Mac and Excel, plus familiarity with web-based platforms.
  • Experience with data entry.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude is a plus.
  • Sneaker or apparel industry knowledge is not required, but is a plus.
