Description

  • Conduct patient follow-up calls and nurture leads.
  • Schedule consultations, appointments, and virtual consultations.
  • Manage phone calls and call routing through Google Voice.
  • Respond to consultation inquiries submitted through Google Forms.
  • Track administrative tasks and workflows in Asana.
  • Process prior authorizations and insurance verification.
  • Coordinate insurance reimbursements and submit out-of-network claims.
  • Prepare itemized receipts and invoices for billing-related support.
  • Educate clients on medical wigs, cranial prosthetics, and hair extension services.
  • Explain financing, payment options, and product value professionally.
  • Support consultation follow-up efforts and improve appointment conversion rates.
  • Provide customer service support across both business lines.

Requirements

  • Nursing background or prior clinical healthcare experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with prior authorizations, insurance verification, and healthcare administrative workflows.
  • Previous experience with appointment scheduling and consultation coordination.
  • Strong customer service and patient communication skills.
  • HIPAA awareness and professionalism.
  • Comfort discussing products, pricing, and consultation options confidently.
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and independent work ability.
  • Clear and professional English communication skills, with a minimal to neutral accent preferred for phone-based communication.
  • Must have relevant work experience and be able to speak and write English very clearly.
  • Must submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding.
  • Must be available for video meetings with camera on when needed.
  • Reliable laptop or desktop computer, high-speed internet of at least 10 Mbps, noise-canceling headset, webcam, and quiet professional workspace.
  • Experience with Google Forms, Asana, Google Voice, or similar systems is preferred.
  • Ability to learn and manage manual workflows and client communication systems.
  • Sales-minded, detail-oriented, compassionate, and reliable candidate profile preferred.
