Description

  • Develop and execute a digital marketing and social media strategy aligned with brand objectives and growth targets.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.
  • Implement A/B testing, conversion tracking, and retargeting strategies to improve campaign performance and ROI.
  • Create and manage content calendars to ensure consistent, engaging, and on-brand messaging across channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics and ad dashboard tools, then generate actionable insights.
  • Analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and engagement rates to continuously optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce effective ad creatives, visuals, and promotional assets.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.
  • Ensure campaigns comply with brand guidelines, advertising policies, and HIPAA regulations when applicable.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing and digital advertising with proven results.
  • Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, optimization, and reporting.
  • Must complete a live, screen-sharing technical assessment on Meta Ads.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Excel, or Google Data Studio.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, audience segmentation, and conversion funnels.
  • Excellent copywriting, content planning, and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must speak and write English very clearly.
  • Must have relevant work experience.
  • Must be able to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding.
  • Must be available for video meetings with camera on when needed.
  • Reliable laptop or desktop computer is required.
  • High-speed internet connection of at least 10 Mbps is required.
  • Noise-canceling headset is required.
  • Webcam for virtual meetings is required.
  • Must have a quiet, professional workspace.
