Description

  • Support the development and curation of the daily content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and other social platforms.
  • Ideate and help create engaging reels and TikToks that reflect the brand’s products and aesthetic.
  • Support copywriting efforts to ensure every post and community interaction reflects the brand’s tone and personality.
  • Maintain consistency in style, quality, and voice across all social content.
  • Monitor and respond to organic comments and direct messages across paid and organic channels on an hourly and daily basis.
  • Oversee responses to paid and whitelist comments across social platforms.
  • Partner with the customer care team to track community sentiment and flag emerging trends.
  • Monitor industry and competitor activity to inform the brand’s social presence.
  • Track and compile performance metrics and campaign recaps for leadership.
  • Surface analytics insights to support ongoing content optimization.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience working in social media, with brand-side experience preferred.
  • A genuine passion for social media and strong awareness of current trends.
  • A strong visual eye and instinct for what content will stop the scroll.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A collaborative, startup-ready mindset with willingness to handle a wide range of tasks.
  • Experience supporting senior leadership or creative directors is a bonus.
