Description

Support the development and curation of the daily content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and other social platforms.
Ideate and help create engaging reels and TikToks that reflect the brand’s products and aesthetic.
Support copywriting efforts to ensure every post and community interaction reflects the brand’s tone and personality.
Maintain consistency in style, quality, and voice across all social content.
Monitor and respond to organic comments and direct messages across paid and organic channels on an hourly and daily basis.
Oversee responses to paid and whitelist comments across social platforms.
Partner with the customer care team to track community sentiment and flag emerging trends.
Monitor industry and competitor activity to inform the brand’s social presence.
Track and compile performance metrics and campaign recaps for leadership.
Surface analytics insights to support ongoing content optimization.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience working in social media, with brand-side experience preferred.
A genuine passion for social media and strong awareness of current trends.
A strong visual eye and instinct for what content will stop the scroll.
Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
A collaborative, startup-ready mindset with willingness to handle a wide range of tasks.
Experience supporting senior leadership or creative directors is a bonus.
