Description

  • Respond to incoming leads promptly through phone, email, text, and other communication channels.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain organized follow-up workflows for leads.
  • Build rapport with potential clients and communicate professionally throughout the scheduling process.
  • Answer inquiries and provide accurate information to prospective clients.
  • Prioritize rapid lead response to maximize appointment conversion.
  • Re-engage previous or inactive leads during downtime to revive opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate notes, updates, and lead records within the CRM system.
  • Support lead management-related administrative tasks.
  • Handle a high volume of calls and lead interactions while staying organized and detail-oriented.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Clear speaking voice with minimal accent preferred for phone-based communication.
  • Previous experience in appointment setting, lead generation, customer service, or sales support.
  • Experience handling a high volume of calls and lead interactions.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to respond quickly and professionally to inquiries.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow through consistently.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Comfortable learning and adapting to new systems and workflows.
  • Experience using Go High Level (GHL) CRM preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as ACT or similar lead management platforms preferred.
  • Background in appointment setting, inside sales, or lead nurturing environments preferred.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, phone-heavy roles preferred.
  • Must be proficient in speaking and writing English very clearly.
  • Must have relevant work experience.
  • Must be able to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding.
  • Must be available for video meetings with camera on when needed.
  • Reliable laptop or desktop computer required.
  • High-speed internet connection of at least 10 Mbps required.
  • Noise-canceling headset required.
  • Webcam required for virtual meetings.
  • Must have a quiet, professional workspace.
