Description

  • Build an internal AI assistant trained on company data such as fires, SOPs, client issues, and documentation.
  • Extract and structure data from tools including Monday.com, Google Drive, Slack, and Front.
  • Implement RAG systems that make company knowledge searchable and actionable.
  • Create automations that reduce manual work across Client Success, Ops, and Sales.
  • Set up and optimize workflows in GoHighLevel, including lead, follow-up, and internal process automation.
  • Continuously improve internal workflows using AI and identify bottlenecks proactively.
  • Suggest AI-driven solutions to operational problems across the company.
  • Provide strategic input on potential AI products, services, or enhancements for clients.

Requirements

  • Experience working with OpenAI API and LLMs such as GPT.
  • Strong understanding of RAG systems and vector databases like Pinecone or Weaviate.
  • Proficiency in Python or Node.js.
  • Experience integrating APIs and connecting different tools.
  • Ability to structure messy data into organized, usable systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a systems-thinking mindset.
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience with Zapier, Make, or other automation tools is a plus.
  • Experience building internal tools or dashboards is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM and project management tools such as Monday.com, ClickUp, or GoHighLevel is a plus.
  • Experience working with customer support or operations teams is a plus.
  • Exposure to building or launching AI-based products or services is a plus.
  • Must be available to overlap with Pacific Daylight Time for at least 4–6 hours.
  • Must be able to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance before onboarding.
  • Must be available for video meetings with camera on when needed.
  • Must have a reliable laptop or desktop computer, high-speed internet of at least 15 Mbps, a noise-canceling headset, and a webcam.
  • Must be proficient in speaking and writing English very clearly.
  • Must have relevant work experience.
