Description

  • Process annuity new business and in-force transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Review applications to confirm all required materials are received in good order and identify discrepancies.
  • Communicate with the field sales team by phone and email to gather required information.
  • Apply knowledge of annuity processes, including ACH transactions, allocation changes, withdrawals, and surrenders.
  • Meet or exceed service standards, productivity goals, and quality goals.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute ideas to improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with peers and leadership to maintain workflow efficiency and service excellence.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1–2 years of college preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in retirement services operations or the financial services industry.
  • FINRA Series 6/63 licenses strongly required.
  • Strong understanding of retirement products, IRS tax regulations, and FINRA/SEC requirements.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with above-average math/accounting skills.
  • Prior call center or customer service experience preferred.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning, including LOMA/ACS coursework encouraged.
  • Flexibility to work overtime or adjust schedules as needed.
  • Pay range of $21.44–$29.16 per hour, commensurate with experience and location.
