Description

  • Build agentic AI systems, including multi-step LLM workflows, RAG pipelines, and orchestration systems, from architecture to production.
  • Develop full-stack AI applications with Python/FastAPI backends, React frontends, and integrations with LLM providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini.
  • Engineer scalable data pipelines and cloud infrastructure on AWS or GCP, including vector databases, ingestion layers, and API integrations.
  • Translate business needs into AI-first technical proposals during client discovery conversations with CFOs, GPs, and operating partners.
  • Own client delivery end-to-end across multiple engagements, from kickoff and scoping through go-live and production support.
  • Define AI quality standards, including guardrails, automated testing, observability, and failure modes for production systems.
  • Work directly with the CEO and client leads to shape technical strategy and execution.
  • Move quickly on experiments when appropriate and apply engineering rigor when systems need to scale and be reliable.
  • Contribute to internal engineering standards and reusable practices that improve future engagements.

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience shipping production AI/LLM systems used by real users, not just internal demos or hackathon projects.
  • Advanced proficiency with an AI-native coding workflow such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar as the primary development environment.
  • Deep expertise in at least one domain and broad proficiency across the stack, including infrastructure, backend, data, and frontend.
  • Preferred experience with Terraform, Python, Snowflake, and React.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, RAG systems, and agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Agno, or equivalent.
  • Strong spoken and written English with the ability to explain complex technical trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to run complex AI initiatives independently from discovery to delivery, often across multiple client engagements in parallel.
  • Experience in fintech, private capital, or healthcare data systems is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with data engineering tools and platforms such as Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, and AWS data services is a strong plus.
  • Location flexibility for remote or hybrid work in Warsaw.
