Description

  • Headhunt passive candidates for open roles across the Philippines, Latin America, and the US, with a focus on operations and software engineering positions.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.
  • Screen resumes and identify strong candidates for TA Specialist interviews.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all candidates from application through onboarding.
  • Manage the candidate email inbox and respond promptly throughout the hiring process.
  • Send initial requirements such as video introductions and assessments, and follow up until completion.
  • Move candidates through hiring stages in Workable and keep pipeline data accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate interview schedules among candidates, TA Specialists, Operations Leads, and Wingz executives.
  • Support offer coordination and onboarding with the Global Talent Acquisition Manager until each hire is fully completed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of solid sourcing experience for operations and engineering roles.
  • Hands-on experience sourcing technical talent, especially software engineers.
  • Strong understanding of tech stacks and the ability to distinguish strong profiles from keyword matches.
  • Experience working with an ATS, with Workable preferred.
  • Experience maintaining disciplined pipeline hygiene.
  • Excellent written English.
  • Highly organized, responsive, and self-directed.
  • Comfortable working US hours with flexibility across regions and time zones.
  • Preferred experience sourcing in Latin America or US markets.
  • Preferred experience supporting multiple recruiters.
