Description

  • Learn the assigned market by understanding clients, drivers, trip patterns, and local operational relationships.
  • Serve as the dedicated account manager for NEMT broker clients through daily communication, trip coordination, escalation handling, and performance reporting.
  • Build trusted broker partnerships so Wingz becomes the preferred and most reliable carrier in the market.
  • Own assigned trips from acceptance through completion by coordinating with drivers, monitoring progress, and resolving issues quickly.
  • Onboard new drivers by guiding them through requirements, procedures, documentation, background checks, and vehicle readiness.
  • Reactivate inactive drivers and keep partner drivers engaged, earning, and retained over time.
  • Support driver earnings by coordinating trip assignments and dispatch when needed to provide consistent daily income.
  • Take on adjacent operational duties as the team scales, including ops support, dispatch backup, and training new hires.
  • Bring market-level insights and feedback back to the broader Wingz team to improve operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in client relations, account management, partner success, leadership, supervisory work, or driver/partner management in transportation, rideshare, logistics, or gig-economy companies.
  • Experience working directly with US-based clients or for a US-based company.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills for daily interaction with US-based clients and drivers.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn CRM systems, dispatch software, reporting tools, and AI tools.
  • Available to work US Eastern Standard Time (EST) with schedule flexibility based on market and business needs.
  • Proven remote work experience with the discipline to work independently from home.
  • Own a reliable computer, stable home internet, and a professional remote workspace; equipment is self-provided.
  • Proactive, independent, and ownership-minded, with the ability to take initiative and manage daily priorities.
  • Curious, coachable, and able to apply feedback quickly while focusing on outcomes.
  • Passion for growth and interest in developing into future leadership roles.
  • Preferred experience in roles at companies such as Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Instacart, Rappi, DiDi, Cabify, 99, iFood, PedidosYa, inDrive, Loggi, Bolt, Wolt, or similar.

Benefits

  • USD 1,200–1,800 monthly salary.
  • Performance bonus averaging approximately USD 300–700 per month, with potential for higher earnings based on performance.
