Description

  • Own regional retention and expansion performance by designing and executing account strategies, pricing, and renewal motions.
  • Develop scalable growth frameworks to increase wallet share and align regional plans with enterprise priorities.
  • Establish accurate forecasting systems and partner with Finance and Revenue Operations to improve data integrity and risk visibility.
  • Build, coach, and develop account management leaders through structured development plans and performance management.
  • Drive clear expectations, performance rhythms, and data-backed interventions across the regional account management team.
  • Attract, retain, and develop talent through hiring, succession planning, and capability building.
  • Own senior customer relationships, including strategic conversations, escalations, and negotiations with executive stakeholders.
  • Ensure delivery of customer commitments through account planning, proactive communication, and performance tracking.
  • Design and execute retention programs using predictive analytics and engagement models to reduce churn.
  • Coordinate cross-functional work across Operations, Quality, Finance, Legal, and Sales while embedding compliance and risk controls into account execution.

Requirements

  • 10 to 15 years of experience leading account management, customer success, or post-sale commercial organizations.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience leading leaders.
  • Demonstrated success improving retention, expansion, and customer trust in regulated or complex environments.
  • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or similarly governed industries preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent experience considered.
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms, forecasting tools, and AI-driven analytics.
  • Strong leadership capability in building, coaching, and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Deep understanding of regulated business environments, including compliance, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Exceptional communication, executive presence, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to use data-driven practices to manage complexity and drive enterprise outcomes.
