Description

  • Support Account Executives with post-sale activity, including campaign implementation, maintenance, and review.
  • Manage day-to-day account responsibilities to ensure solutions are properly implemented.
  • Maintain daily communication with advertising agencies and direct clients.
  • Coordinate television and digital client schedules, including special projects and promotions.
  • Work with Account Executives, Marketing, Research, and Creative Services to support client needs.
  • Attend sales meetings and trainings to stay current on products, services, sales processes, and client messaging.
  • Identify new and incremental revenue opportunities based on campaign results.
  • Assist with contract maintenance, avails, traffic, make-goods, collections, and overall customer service.
  • Track client audience delivery using ratings, impressions, KPIs, and campaign fulfillment metrics.
  • Set up new customer accounts, process contracts and order entry, and manage revisions.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of account management experience in a professional, fast-paced media sales environment.
  • Proven success in retaining and growing client accounts.
  • Knowledge of marketing solutions, including broadcast and digital advertising, preferred.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and advertising solutions, highly desirable.
  • Prior experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems independently to support customer needs.
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work effectively as a team player.
  • Ability to be creative, flexible, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and time management skills.
