Description

  • Facilitate live training sessions on HubSpot, Pipedrive, Asana, Slack, Gmail, Zoom, and other core tools.
  • Create, update, and deliver training curricula and step-by-step walkthroughs aligned with company workflows and client standards.
  • Design and conduct graded simulations that measure speed, accuracy, and comprehension of tool-based tasks.
  • Partner with L&D leadership, QA, and Operations to ensure trainees meet deployment readiness standards.
  • Track trainee performance metrics and generate reports on simulation results, progress, and readiness for endorsement.
  • Continuously refine training content to reflect process updates, tool improvements, and operational best practices.
  • Provide remediation coaching to underperforming trainees before deployment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in training, enablement, or operations.
  • Experience in a BPO, SaaS, or virtual assistant environment is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with HubSpot, Pipedrive, Asana, and communication tools such as Slack, Zoom, Gmail, Notion, or ClickUp.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and demonstration skills with diverse learners.
  • Experience designing and grading simulation-based or competency-based assessments.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple training cohorts while maintaining quality standards.
  • Familiarity with CRM configuration, workflow automation, or project management systems is preferred.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles, LMS tools, and competency frameworks is preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset for assessing trainee performance and learning trends.
