  • Manage insurance operations using the EZLynx platform, including quoting, policy management, CRM, reporting, and automation.
  • Support client onboarding, policy renewals, endorsements, and claims tracking.
  • Train and demonstrate EZLynx features to management and team members.
  • Help build a strong foundation for the company’s insurance processes and workflows.
  • Deliver efficient service while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communicate insurance and system processes clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • Handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Insurance Agent, preferably in U.S.-based insurance operations.
  • Extensive hands-on expertise with the EZLynx insurance management platform.
  • Experience with quoting, policy management, CRM, reporting, and automation tools in EZLynx.
  • Ability to train others and demonstrate EZLynx features clearly and effectively.
  • Strong understanding of insurance workflows, including onboarding, renewals, endorsements, and claims tracking.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a remote setup.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable internet connection and a fully functional home office setup.
