Description

  • Develop and implement scalable sales training programs for onboarding, ramp-up, and ongoing learning and development.
  • Design role-specific learning paths and modules using formats such as live sessions, e-learning, shadowing, and simulations.
  • Deliver training sessions and workshops to strengthen discovery, objection handling, negotiation, product knowledge, and closing skills.
  • Build systems to track learning engagement, knowledge retention, skill adoption, and KPI improvements such as ramp time, conversion rate, and close rate.
  • Partner with sales leadership, enablement, and RevOps to identify performance gaps, prioritize learning needs, and evaluate program impact.
  • Maintain and update sales playbooks, talk tracks, learning materials, and knowledge bases to align with business goals and messaging.
  • Foster a continuous learning culture through peer-to-peer learning, coaching programs, and self-directed learning initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, or a similar learning and development role supporting a sales team.
  • Experience designing and executing training programs that improved measurable sales performance.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies such as SPIN, MEDDIC, and Challenger.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable using LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and sales tech stacks including CRM and enablement tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to assess training effectiveness and business impact.
  • Self-starter with a passion for developing people and driving performance.
