Description

  • Prospect, educate, and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
  • Run high-volume outbound outreach across calls, email, LinkedIn, and events.
  • Tailor messaging to each prospect’s goals, business model, and needs.
  • Partner with Account Executives to schedule calls, meetings, and demos and ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to assess fit, pain points, and timing.
  • Map stakeholders across Operations, Marketing, and Executive teams.
  • Research prospects using the web and other sources and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Stay current on the AI, staffing, and outsourcing landscape and share market feedback with internal teams.
  • Meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified appointments, scheduled demos, and pipeline generated.

Requirements

  • 6 months to 2 years of outbound sales experience in SDR, BDR, D2D, inside sales, or a similar role.
  • Confidence communicating value on the phone and in writing, from cold calls to personalized emails.
  • A reliable home or remote work setup and the self-discipline to work independently.
  • Ability to handle 50+ outbound touches per day without sacrificing quality.
  • Strong CRM discipline with clean data, updated stages, and useful notes.
  • Strong work ethic, competitiveness, and eagerness to learn from results and feedback.
  • Experience selling AI, SaaS, or staffing/BPO/outsourced services is a plus.
  • 4-year degree preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work fully remote, with Pacific Time or Eastern Time alignment.

  • Salary of $40,000 to $50,000 per year plus on-target earnings of about $20,000 and uncapped upside.
